It’s half term. Time off school usually means going to Cornwall. Not this time. Im going to Paris!! 5 days just me and my man. Photos will be on Facebook next weekend

So it’s my birthday tomorrow. I’ll be waking up next to the most amazing man in the world so he can cook me breakfast and give me my birthday card. Then I’ll hopefully have a good day at school (and if the past 3 are anything to go by it should be good). After school go and pick my man up and then I can open my other cards and presents he’s been hiding from me. Then off out for a meal and going bowling with my friends. Then on Friday after school, get on the train to Chester with the man who loves me for a romantic weekend with meals out and a lie-in in bed in the morning!! :) Can’t wait!!

So today is the last day of 2011. It’s been a crazy year. Started it off by getting post concussion syndrome (also known as frozen cushion syndrome by the CSM), giving me 8 weeks off work sick (including my 21st birthday). This was followed by dissertation writing and starting work full time. Then I got a promotion. Then I broke up with David, and applied to go back to uni to train to become a teacher. I quit my job and moved to Stoke. There I met lots of Irish people, and more importantly, the best man on the planet, Tom. Three gloriously happy months later and I spent xmas in Cornwall with Tom and his family before seeing my family. Back to Stoke for NYE. Spending it with the 1 person who couldn’t make me any happier. Roll on 2012!

The car is all packed and in less than an hour I’ll be going to pick Tom up from school so we can start the long journey south!

Presents very nearly wrapped after a 3 hour wrapping session yesterday. Getting ready to head to Cornwall tomorrow afternoon. Packing clothes and presents and tidying my room so it’s tidy when I come back. Just got to try and get some work done to make it a super productive day… Oh wait. There’s no Internet!!

So excited for the Xmas hols. Starts with a day out with Tom and going on the old Trafford stadium tour as his first Xmas present. Then get all my work out the way. Head down to Cornwall on Tuesday to do our literacy test and wrap Xmas presents and watch Xmas films. Spend Xmas eve and Xmas day with toms family. Head up north on boxing day to watch man u v Wigan then off to my mums to see everyone :) then to see my dad before back to stoke for new year. Spending new year just me and Tom. Then finishing off work before we head back to school. Gonna be the best Xmas and new year ever!!

had a good day yesterday.  Into town with Ash, Ann Marie and Toby to get some stuff sorted and get my secret santa present for school! Got Tom’s xmas card :) Came home and spent a couple of hours wrapping 9 of Tom’s xmas presents! The day went so quick but at least it was productive. Was about to chill out when Tom text me and I had to go pick him up from Crewe. Had tea and watched x factor but I fell asleep. Up early this morning with the plan to get lots of work done!

It’s been a weird weekend. Spent the majority of it on my own seeing as how Tom is in London and Ash has gone home. Tried to be productive but with not much luck. Done a bit of work though. Watched Harry Potter and the deathly hallows part 2 last night with Ann Marie and Barney. Gonna watch the special features before Tom gets home.

Missed him so much! Can’t wait for cuddles and kisses while we watch x factor.
